Exchange Policy

At Cocktail Gearbox, we currently offer exchanges only - no returns or refunds. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want every kit to arrive just right.

Exchange Eligibility:
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us at cgb.sup@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
When reaching out, kindly include:
• Your order ID
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item/problem

Once reviewed, we will arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.

Conditions:
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Exchanges cannot be accepted for opened or used items due to hygiene and quality standards
• Minor cosmetic variations in packaging are not eligible for exchange
